Proxy Mail QA gives software testers private, short-lived inboxes on the domain mailclub.dev. They exist to test sign-up, verification and password-reset emails. Using them for fraud, mass account creation on other services, harassment or anything illegal breaks our terms, and we act on it.
How to report
Email abuse@mailclub.dev and include as much of this as you can:
- The address or addresses involved, for example
something@mailclub.dev. - What happened and when, with dates, times and time zone.
- Any evidence: screenshots, email headers, or log lines from your service.
- If you are reporting on behalf of a company or service, which one.
You don’t need an account to report abuse.
What happens next
- We review every report against the account that owns the address.
- If the account is misusing the service, we suspend it. Its addresses stop accepting mail straight away and the account loses access to the app.
- We keep a record of the report and of what we did.
We won’t tell the account holder who reported them unless the law requires it.
Good to know
- Test inboxes are receive-only. No email is ever sent from a mailclub.dev address. If you received a message that claims to come from one, it was forged. Report it to your own email provider.
- Addresses are short-lived. Each one lasts at most 7 days, then it and its mail are deleted, and the name is never issued to anyone again. We can’t recover messages after that.
- Mail isn’t public. Every inbox belongs to one signed-in account and only that account can read it. Nothing is published on the web.

Requests from authorities
Send legal requests to abuse@mailclub.dev. Because addresses and their mail are deleted when they expire, we may no longer hold what you are looking for.
